Terms of service
These terms govern use of the ContractorLaunch AI website and platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before contacting your leads and customers.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the service and handle it in line with our privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you upload.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical. The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email before they take effect.
