When you use the platform, the contact and job records you enter belong to you. We process them on your instructions as a service provider so you can operate your business, and you can export or request deletion of them at any time.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry data is retained while a sales conversation is active and removed on request. Platform data is retained for the life of your account and deleted after account closure, subject to any legal retention obligations.
