Results, measured honestly
We don't publish invented averages or stock testimonials. This page explains exactly what we measure and how a customer story becomes a published case study.
What we report on
Speed to lead
Median time between a lead arriving and the first outbound reply.
Contact rate
Share of new leads that reach a two-way conversation.
Booking rate
Share of contacted leads that end up on the calendar.
Close rate
Share of estimates that are approved, by trade and by rep.
Average ticket
Mean approved job value, tracked before and after go-live.
Recovered calls
Missed calls that converted after automated text-back.
Cost per booked job
Ad spend and platform cost divided by jobs actually booked.
Revenue per lead source
Closed revenue attributed back to each channel.
Our method
Baseline before go-live
We import 12 months of historical jobs and invoices where available, and record the starting numbers in writing before anything changes.
Measure inside the platform
Every lead, conversation, estimate and payment is tracked in one system, so reported results come from platform records rather than recollection.
Publish only with consent
A case study goes live only when the customer reviews the figures, approves the wording and agrees to be named. We do not publish composite or illustrative results.
Published case studies are in progress
Verified customer stories will appear here as they clear review and approval. If you'd like to see the underlying reporting for yourself, we'll walk through the live dashboards on a demo call.
